Payments & Refunds

·Event fees, if any, must be paid in full before participation.
·Refund requests will be considered according to the cancellation policy mentioned for each event.
·Processing fees, taxes, or service charges may be non-refundable.

Event Changes & Cancellation

·HOH reserves the right to modify event schedules, venues, speakers, performers, or activities without prior notice.
·Events may be postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, government regulations, or force majeure events.

Participant Conduct

·Participants must behave respectfully toward fellow attendees, organizers, venue staff, and performers.
·Harassment, discrimination, violence, illegal activities, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
·HOH reserves the right to remove any participant without refund for misconduct.

Photography & Media Consent

·Photos, videos, and recordings may be taken during events.
·By attending an event, participants grant HOH permission to use such content for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation.

Health & Safety

·Participants attend events at their own risk.
·Attendees must follow all safety instructions provided by organizers and venue management.
·HOH is not responsible for personal injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

Intellectual Property

·All content, branding, logos, graphics, and materials displayed on this website are the property of House of Hangouts unless otherwise stated.
·Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Third-Party Venues & Services

·Some events may be hosted at third-party venues or involve third-party service providers.
·HOH is not responsible for acts, omissions, or policies of such third parties.
