How do I book a ticket?

Find an upcoming event on our homepage, click on it, and fill the booking form. Once submitted, you'll be redirected to WhatsApp to coordinate payment directly with our team.

How long does verification take?

We typically verify payments within 2–6 hours during the day. You'll receive your ticket QR code via email as soon as it's confirmed.

What if I don't receive my email ticket?

Check your spam/promotions folder first. If it's not there, DM us on Instagram with your booking ID and we'll sort it out.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Tickets are non-transferable. The name on the booking must match the person attending.

How many tickets can I book per person?

You can book up to 10 tickets per transaction. These can be for your group.

What should I bring to the event?

Just yourself and your QR code ticket (on your phone or printed). Some venues may require a valid ID.

What types of events does House of Hangouts host?

We host a wide range of curated experiences — live jam sessions, birthday parties, family gatherings, corporate events, private parties, anniversaries, and more. Check our events page for what's coming up.

Are events suitable for children?

It depends on the event type. Each event page will mention if there are age restrictions. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

What happens if my booking is rejected?

You'll be notified with the reason. If you believe it's a mistake, reach out to us on Instagram or WhatsApp with your Booking ID and we'll resolve it.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. In case of event cancellation, full refund will be issued within 7 business days.
