Your details are shared only with the House of Hangouts team to process your booking. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Your name and booking details are shared over WhatsApp as part of the payment coordination process — this is necessary to confirm your spot.

How Long We Keep It

We retain booking records for up to 12 months after the event date for reconciliation and support purposes. After that period, personal data is deleted or anonymised.

Your Rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) 2023, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request a correction if it is inaccurate, and request deletion of your data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at events@houseofhangouts.com with your Booking ID.
